Sylvain André, World Champion 2019
and ambassador of the UCI BMX Supercross World Cup in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines

«It’s an honour to have been chosen as ambassador of the two rounds of the BMX SUPERCROSS World Cup in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.

In my opinion, every athlete of the French Team is an ambassador, we are very happy that the World Cup is coming back to France this year so we talk about it a lot around us.

As an ambassador I will certainly experience the event a little differently than last year because I will be more solicited by the media and institutions but it is also a way to highlight the Stadium of Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines and talk about our sport, the BMX.

What I would like to communicate to the public as ambassador is already the promise of a beautiful show and allow them to better know the sport but also the daily life of the athletes.

I am expecting many of you in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines from June 8 to 9 to encourage the whole French Team ! »
